Ser\u00e1 importante garantizar una buena ingesta h\u00eddrica y de&nbsp;alimentos con un elevado contenido en agua, vitaminas y minerales. Frutas y verduras frescas son alimentos perfectos para conseguirlo, sobre todo si se preparan en recetas frescas, como ensaladas, pur\u00e9s o sopas fr\u00edas, que pueden contribuir a una mayor sensaci\u00f3n de frescor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ALGUNAS RECETAS<\/strong> <strong>FACILES Y RAPIDAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Macarrones con tomate y queso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras se cocinan los macarrones \u2013entre unos 10-12 minutos-, cortar el tomate y mezclar con albahaca fresca picada. Luego, incorporar&nbsp;la pasta escurrida. Luego, hacer los panqueques. Sobre cada uno hay que poner una loncha de jam\u00f3n -cocido, crudo o el que guste-, unas tiras de pimiento salteado y enrollar.
