COMUNICADO CON MOTIVO DE LAS ELECCIONES (PASO 2023):<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con motivo del acto eleccionario a desarrollarse el pr\u00f3ximo domingo 13 de agosto de 2023, la Jefatura de Polic\u00eda Comunal Carlos Tejedor, lleva a conocimiento de toda la poblaci\u00f3n y de conformidad a lo establecido en el Art\u00edculo 71 inciso \u201cC\u201d del CODIGO ELECTORAL NACIONAL<\/strong> (LEY 19.945), respecto a la PROHIBICI\u00d3N de \u201cTENER ABIERTAS LAS CASAS DESTINADAS AL EXPENDIO DE CUALQUIER CLASE DE BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS HASTA TRANSCURRIDAS TRES HORAS DEL CIERRE DEL COMICIO\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n EN TAL SENTIDO VALE ACLARAR QUE NO SE PUEDE EXPENDER BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS A PARTIR DE LAS 20:00 HORAS<\/strong> DEL S\u00c1BADO 12 DE AGOSTO HASTA LAS 21:00 HORAS <\/strong>DEL DOMINGO 13 DE AGOSTO DE 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Asimismo, el Art. 136 de dicha Ley enuncia que: \u201cSE IMPONDR\u00c1 PRISI\u00d3N DE QUINCE D\u00cdAS A SEIS MESES, A LAS PERSONAS QUE EXPENDAN BEBIDAS ALCOH\u00d3LICAS DESDE DOCE HORAS ANTES Y HASTA TRES HORAS DESPU\u00c9S DE FINALIZADO EL ACTO ELECCIONARIO.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n TAMBIEN SE INFORMA QUE DURANTE EL ACTO ELECTORAL Y HASTA TRES HORAS DESPU\u00c9S DE SU FINALIZACI\u00d3N SE PROHIBE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Los espect\u00e1culos populares al aire libre.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Los espect\u00e1culos populares en recintos privados.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Las fiestas teatrales y deportivas.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Toda clase de reuni\u00f3n p\u00fablica que no se refiera al acto electoral.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Publicar o difundir encuestas y proyecciones sobre el resultado de la elecci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Firmado: Eduardo Alberto Mariani<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Comisario Inspector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Jefe Polic\u00eda Comunal C.
